Termination of support with Misfit fitness device and Runkeeper app (effective 2019年7月23日)
Effective 2019年7月23日, AIA Vitality will not support Misfit fitness device and Runkeeper app to sync data anymore. We will no longer accept any workout data from those mobile apps after the date.
If member has workout data recorded before July 23, 2019 and did not sync with AIA Vitality, please send an email with the screenshot(s) of the workout data to firstname.lastname@example.org on or before 2019年8月23日.
Members can continue to link other fitness devices/ fitness apps via AIA Vitality. Please visit aia.com.hk/aiavitality for latest fitness devices and apps.

Visit the Garmin Connect website. to de-link your account from AIA Vitality. Once you have logged in, click on ‘Settings’, select ‘Account information’ and then click on ‘Remove Permission’ for AIA Vitality from the list of approved applications.
Please note that Garmin will still display in your linked devices and apps section until the process outlined above has been followed.
